The Shrine to Isawa Asahina, devoted to Isawa Asahina founder of the Asahina family, was located in the Miya province. It held a special relic, a simple fan able to create a potent windstorm. This fan was used by the Miya family to start each year by blowing the Tornado Village down, as part of their training for their ancestral duty, the Emperor's Blessing.
