The Transformation Notebook SP License (変身手帳SPライセンス Henshin Techō Esupī Raisensu) is the changer of the Dekarangers, activated by a call of "Emergency, Dekaranger!". Since the License is a Dekaranger's life, losing it for even a second is a great offense. DekaYellow's SP License uses the Mirage Dimension deletion attack which can create illusions and trap enemies in a yellow energy sphere which shrinks and destroys the enemy.
