Beverly Claire Grey is a Character in DEXTER. She was the mentor of Hannah McKay. She ran the a small gardening business exactly the same way: same clients, same schedule, and same handyman. She later got sick and was cared for by Hannah until Hannah poisoned her with Aconite. Hannah's intentions for poisoning Beverly are unknown. Sal Price later was able to take a blood sample from Beverly before she was cremated and had it tested for poison. This test yielded Aconite but wasn't enough to get Hannah arrested. As a result Hannah inherited Beverly's business and lived on getting away with her murder.
