The Atomic Fairy Incarcerator is the device that Mr. Crocker uses to suck Wanda, Poof and Cosmo into a little tube that sucks away all their magic. It has only been used by Crocker, and only appeared in the last movie/episode of A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!.
