Milena Omelchenko was a Mesan citizen and an officer of the Mesan Alignment Navy. Holding the rank of Commodore, she was in charge of Task Group 1.4, a group of scout ships that was active in the Manticore System for two months prior to the execution of Operation Oyster Bay. (HH12)
