An accessory from Dragon Quest IX. This is given to you by Jack of Alltrades when one of your party revocates as a Minstrel. Although it raises defence by 3 its main purpose is to give the character who equips it the ability to wear some opposite sex armour. Very useful for earning cosplay accolades.
