In the year 20XX Mishima Zaibatsu was rumoured to have acquired a sample of the t-Virus, prompting an investigation from USSTRATCOM's Bruce McGivern and Chinese agent Fong Ling. A further rumour of Third Energy testing on Ibis Island got the attention of SORT agent Regina. All three traveled by ship to Japan to investigate.
