Faded Thalluses are enemies in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They are members of the Thallus family. They can be found at level 32-34 in Oblivia at FN Site 308. Some sit in the sand while some sit on the rock wall. They drop Red Thallus Antennae, two of which are needed for the normal mission Emotion Commotion.
