[Source] The Simoom system was a star system located in the Senex sector of the galaxy's Mid Rim. It was connected to the Hestria system by a hyperlane and contained the planet Simoom. The latter was the homeworld of the creatures known as Simoomian sensory hounds, which were exported by many noble estates of the Senex and Juvex sectors.
