The very top chamber of a Shadow Spire. One of the two spires that currently exist on Dereth is found on the Singularity Caul at 91.8S, 92.8W. The head of the Shield of Isin Dule Spire contains a level 160 Shadow Cyst, which drops lumps of flesh used to open the Fleshy Trove also found in the head of the spire.
