Brian Smith is a Petty Officer who was a suspect in the death of fellow Petty Officer Caleb Adams but Smith was later found innocent after NCIS Forensic Scientist Abigail Sciuto found fish blood on one of Smith's knives that the Petty Officer had used for fishing.
