Emerald City Press is an imprint of Books of Wonder, the well-known publisher of children's books. Through the 1990s Emerald City Press published new Oz books by contemporary authors. Authors and books published by Emerald City Press include: ECP has also published an edition of L. Frank Baum's Dot and Tot of Merryland illustrated by Donald Abbott (1994).
