Mulla was a male Ingavi who lived in the 24th century and the uncle of Kel. Mulla was the tan of his family on Sindorin. In 2373, Mulla rescued Ro Laren after a mudslide killed two other Maquis members she was with. In 2376, Ro met with Mulla again when investigating Ethan Locken.
