Togle is a town in the Monster Rancher world. In Monster Rancher 4, Togle is the place where Monster Rancher 4 begins. It's also the town that contains the Shrine the player can go to for regenerating monsters and also the Monster Association where the player can freeze, combine, and retire monsters.
