Anne Ross Muir (sometimes credited as "Anne Ross-Muir") worked as a director on Coronation Street from September 2000 to September 2001 with a further stint in October 2004 with a total of 26 episodes to her name, including two co-credited with Penelope Shales. She has also directed episodes of Emmerdale, High Road and EastEnders as well as Strange But True, Shakespeare Shorts as well as writing the children's educational series Magic Grandad.
