The Hala system is a star system about 2000000 Lightyears From Earth, that is the location of Hala in the Othala galaxy. The exact number of planets in the system is unknown but it did contain one medium size star. The system was destroyed by the Asgard when they collapsed it's sun into a black hole to destroy the Replicators trapped in a Time dilation field on Hala. (SG1: "New Order, Part 1")
