The 27th Hour Social Club was a five-star establishment on Elshandruu Pica owned and operated by Kina Margath. It was part of a complex of bars, casinos, and restaurants collectively known as Margath's on Elshandruu Pica. The Imperial captain Sair Yonka kept a suite on the 26th floor of this building.
