A Swarm Crystal is a small, lightweight crystal infused into a gem with a one-time use. When thrown at an enemy, it shoots up to four extra projectiles to the nearest surrounding enemies. Each projectile has the same hit rate as the one directed at the target. To use, it requires three action points in the first three games and one in the last two. Increasing the skill of the player's Missile Weapons increases the amount of Magic Damage done to the enemy, as well as the accuracy of all projectiles.
