William Edward Hine was the 3rd baker of the Titanic. He died in the sinking. He was born in 1876 in Winslow, Buckinghamshire, England and his birth was registered in the first quarter of that year. He was the son of Henry Hine (1851-1917) and Mary Ann Lambourne (1853-1882), both Buckinghamshire-natives who had married in late 1873. William had two known siblings: Rose Louisa (b. 1873) and Emily Elizabeth (b. 1874), and possibly another sister named Lizzie (b. 1878). His father passed away in Wycombe, Buckinghamshire in 1917.
