The Loari (Av."Builders") were a group of southern and Eastern Elves , closely akin to the Noldor, possibly identical with the Tatyarin Avari. One of their tribes, the Namarians, was native to the lands of Emer. These Loari were considered enemies by their remote Tanai neighbors.Another group had once settled Vog Mur.
