Actor David Graf (born Paul David Graf on April 16, 1950 – died April 7, 2001) was perhaps best known for his role as Sgt. Eugene Tackleberry in the Police Academy series of films. David made a guest appearance as Lieutenant Spears on M*A*S*H, appearing in the episode titled "A Holy Mess" in Season 10.
