Trooper Bouel is a gorilla that was one of two survivors of an ambush on the M unitions Caravan bringing arms and equipment from the Munitions Works at Ap'Jac. He was the first to arrive to Derkein where he informed Shiva that Fyn was in alliance with the rebels. Bouel was later given authority to torture Fyn for information regarding Seneca (Fyn's brother) by Shiva which presumably lead to Fyn's death.
