Special Forces Operations Division (or SFOD) was a division within the Galactic Republic military. While officially existing as to further reinforce the defenses of the Republic, it had many Black Ops squads that were off the book and reported directly to the Supreme Chancellor. During the Cold War and the Second Great Galactic War, this division was headed by General Elin Garza. Several Special Forces units, including Havoc Squad, fell under this division's direct command and ARCA Branch.
