He appeared in the cartoon episode Curse of the Evil Eye. He was created by Baxter Stockman when he used the Eye of Sarnath on a billboard. He told it to make Turtle soup out of the Turtles. It manged to trap the Turtles in it's glue. Baxter told it to help him when Shredder came to retrieve his helmet. However, Shredder was able to cut right through it. It eventually disappeared when Shredder recovered his helmet.
