Nelno is a character featured in RAGE. He is a resident of Wellspring. He can be found in the Wellspring Speedway entrance, leaning against the wall beside "Rusty's Autoparts". Not much is known about Nelno. Like Valder, he appears to be one of the Sheriff Black's grunts which work to protect the town from bandit threats.
