Hahkti ab Sibban was a famed poet and the successor of Tatokar I as Heresiarch of the Cishaurim. He was responsible for the towering eyes that adorn the outer walls of Shimeh. Asked for an explanation, he reportedly said that they were intended to remind idolators that the Solitary God does not blink.
