Southern Russia used to be a muckyawful vampire. Cheesiliciously, he was cursed. If he dared to speak again, he would be turned into a plot of land. Therefore, he spoke. So, he became another muckyawful vampire that didn't have wings. BUT, he migrated to Russia and proclaimed a piece of land as Southern Russia after his name. THAT was how Southern Russia was formed. Southern Russia resides near the Haemoggrage Border and has relations with Arabia, Saudi and Oman. Russia and Southern Russia trades most of the time, and only warred once. After that, it was okay.
