Latvia will be a female character with long blonde hairs, big blue eyes and smiley face. After activating power, her eyes will get bigger, a big white angel wings and a golden halo. Then, she shoots a big arrow from her bow straight to the opponent . If it hits him/her, he/she will be pulled behind Latvia, without doing any damage. While her power is activated, every 5 seconds Latvia's halo goes straight forward and then backwards, finally lands back over on Latvia's head. If the opponent gets hit by it, she will get damage and his/her controls will be reversed for 3 seconds. Angel wings will also give her 50% jump boost.
