Sargenius was a master in the ranks of the Psijic Order. He is briefly mentioned at the end of the book Fragment: On Artaeum by the books author Taurce il-Anselma. The book states that he consented to Taurces' presence on the Isle of Artaeum for the study/writing material for the book.
