Madame Altair's House of Joy was an Orion bordello in the Shadow Market on the Orion Colony world of Daros IV. In reference stardate 2/1412 (circa 2273), Skrix Veestar worked as a bellhop at the House of Joy until he was fired for laziness by someone with a deep voice and ready abuse. (FASA RPG module: Orion Ruse) It was likely named for the star Altair.
