Hawkins goes to visit Coronal Kross to express his concerns at the construction of a Galaxy Alliance Supply base on a planet the Drule consider in their territory. Kross orders Hawkins to try and negotiate peace with Commander Hazar. Hazar too believes peace is the best answer and his still battling with his commanders who would rather fight, Captain Mongo however begins to see things from Hazar's point of view.
