Complete the Aurora Glade mission. Alternatively, contrary to the text in the description, one can also travel here from Ventari's Refuge. To do so, head into Ettin's Back, then southeast into Dry Top, southeast into Tangle Root, and then turn northeast. Henge of Denravi is near the center of the area along the northern edge.
