The outer-most scale sector displays the speed level, whilst the inner-scale sector displays the voltage level, and the lower-centre sector displays the gear ratio. Despite being bus-themed, this meter may be equipped to any body type in the game. It can be created at Fotbar Laboratory by synthesizing Bus Parts and Meter Parts together.
