Biondello was Duke of Sicily (1690-1704) and King of Naples by Marriage (1704-1727). He was a prominent young nobleman who first attained renown by helping his king Carlo VI fight the Hafsids. He then fell in love with Queen Lucentia, who married him in 1704 after crushing a civil war. Biondello fought in the Mamluk Crusade while king, and was notoriously anti-Muslim, carrying out a horrific genocide against all Sunni Muslims in his land. He died in 1727 fighting the Incan empire. Biondello was noted for being very proud, and he never tolerated any dissent.
