The qualifying competition for UEFA Euro 2016 is a football competition that will be played from September 2014 to November 2015. It will determine the 23 qualifying teams that will compete in UEFA Euro 2016, which is to be held in France, who qualify automatically as hosts. The remaining 53 member associations will participate in the qualifying process for the 23 tournament places with Gibraltar taking part for the first time. The qualifying draw will take place at the Palais des Congrès Acropolis, Nice, on 23 February 2014.
