A crew performance report (or crew performance review) was a report submitted by senior officers aboard a Federation starship that described how a crewmember under the senior officer's department (or presumably within the chain of command) had performed in their duties. The Cardassian who assumed the identity of Starfleet officer Raymond Boone in 2362 failed several reviews that led to his discharge from Starfleet.
