Star Force (スターフォース) is a series of science-fiction, vertically scrolling Shoot 'em Ups by Tecmo. The original game was published under Tehkan, Tecmo's original name. Due to Hudson Soft's involvement with the game, Hudson would go to create it's own successor with the Star Soldier series.
