McGillicutty is one of the kids who were enjoying themselves on the first snow day of the year, until a certain Class President who turned totally evil ruined the snow day. In the battle against President Jimmy and his Hall Troopers in their Bus Walkers, McGillicutty was partnered up with Numbuh 2 in the Sled Wing unit. He is voiced by Tara Strong.
