Cybernetic experimentation is a type of engineering trader skill. At level 90, engineering traders have 100 cybernetic experimentation skill. In practical terms, cybernetic experimentation only affects enhancement modules. Since each module has only one crafting line, a level 90 engineering traders can cap all enhancement modules with the need to invest in engineering expertise: Cybernetic Hypothesis or Cybernetic Advanced Theory, SEAs, PUPs, or the like.
