The Sinister Stranger is an NPC who is your competition during the quest Fishing Contest and can be found inside the Fishing Context area in Hemenster. He has a dislike of garlic which is used to get him to move spots during the quest. He claims to not be a vampire, although he obviously is. During the quest, he is using the best fishing spot, which the player must use to win, so the player has to hide garlic next to him, which causes him to swap places allowing them to win.
