Stand-Off Between the NCIS Team, Rose Woodhouse and Tommy Doyle is a stand-off that occurred in October 2008 in which the main NCIS Major Case Response Team engaged in a stand-off against Rose Woodhouse who was holding her roommate, Tommy Doyle at gunpoint. The stand-off ultimately ended with Doyle actually being exposed as the serial killer, having forced Woodhouse to wear C4 explosives and as such, Doyle was arrested with his name being withheld due to the fact that the team didn't want to fuel Doyle's narcissistic tendencies.
