When the community wishes to decide something by voting rather than consensus, some clear procedures are desirable. See LOTR talk:Wiki Name and w:Featured Wikia/FAQ for some ideas. For a relatively small but active wiki such as this, the procedures should be put up for discussion, possibly on Forum:Fellowship for maximum exposure. After about a week, any set of procedures agreed on by a majority of admins (not counting any admin who has made no edits in the past 6 months) can be posted and protected.
