Chris Bisson (born 21st July 1975, Wythenshawe, Manchester) played Vikram Desai from 1999 to 2002 and also appeared in the 1999 spin-off Coronation Street - After Hours. After leaving Coronation Street he appeared in the second series of I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!. His TV debut was in Children's Ward, while his other acting roles have included major parts in Paul Abbott’s Shameless and in East is East. He has appeared in Emmerdale since 2009.
