The Soviet Integration Commission, or Integra, is a proposed organ to facilitate the integration of new member states into the Soviet Federation on Kebir Blue. It was brought forward by Green at a council meeting in 3533. After getting some initial support from the legislature, the draft document was put together. The bill was proposed as amelioration to the now-defunct Citizenship Act.
