The Lever chest is spawned after pressing four levers in Broken Valley. See the map for the locations of the levers highlighted in black. The locations are: 1. * Behind Mouse, near Jackson's Farm 2. * Next to Tribal Shrine 3. * East and just a tad south of Dreavan and the West Valley Shrine 4. * In the South Valley, NW of Viper's campsite, and NE of the South Valley Shrine, behind the big tree. (This one is not shown on the map!)
