A Lunar habitat (also referred to as a Lunar hab) was a structure constructed on the surface of Luna that allowed Humans and others to live on the airless moon. In 2155, Qaletaqu asked Gannet Brooks why she considered Mars a frontier in the Sol system when it was easier to die walking outside of a Lunar habitat.
