Tornado Fencer is an enemy from Mega Man ZX. It appears as a purple robot guarded on one side by an impenetrable shield. It cannot fire, but it can lift up its shield and spin rapidly, following the player around to hit them. One way to destroy them is to slash the shield multiple times to cause it to lift it up and then slash the main body, or you can just hit it from behind before it starts spinning. Tornado Fencers appear in Area I Confinement, Area F Lake, and Area B Mountain Pass.
