A Portable Dart Monkey is a Special Item in Bloons Monkey City that gives a free Dart Monkey to use in every game (excepting on tracks where Dart Monkeys are restricted). It can be found as a treasure from a Treasure Chest tile. It may be found far from the city of Grassy Pass.
