The New Hope Legacy Liberators, also called the Legacy Liberators and the N.H.L.L., was a group of activists on Kibou-daini who sought to get rid of the older cryo-preserved dead (by burning them) in order to become richer themselves. Their activities crossed over into violence fairly readily, including the kidnapping of galactic visitors, starting a riot, and attempting arson against the cryocombs under the capital city of Northbridge.
