The test of strength emote token is a reward from the Spring Fayre. It can be purchased from Nixie for 500 Fayre prize tickets or it can be unlocked whilst playing games at the Fayre. Upon getting the token, the text: "Whilst playing games at the Fayre you find - Test Of Strength emote token" appears. Activating it unlocks the Test of Strength emote and consumes the token.
